The state-owned Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has hiked the price of petrol, diesel, and kerosene by Rs 10 per litre. After the price hike, petrol will cost Rs 180 per litre while the prices of diesel and kerosene will cost Rs 163 per litre. However, this time, the price of cooking gas has also been increased by Rs 200.According to NOC, even though the price has gone up by Rs 10 per litre, there is still a loss of Rs 14.64 per litre in petrol. Similarly, diesel has a loss of Rs 26.82 while kerosene has a profit of Rs 22.11 per litre respectively.These prices will be in effect from 12 am Monday, May 23, 2022.
